Please ensure that you have the following items before you book a call, it may save you a call out.
- Is your tap turned ON to the unit
- Do you have sufficient windows OPEN to allow the air to flow through
- Is your circuit breaker ON in your meter box
- Get a licensed electrician to check your fuse
- Check your BATTERIES in your remote are working
- Check there is no CORROSION on the terminals in your remote
- In periods of high humidity, remember that your evaporative air conditioner will not be as efficient
- Have you had a technician carry our a winter shut down, if so you will need him to carry our a summer start up as the belt may have been removed and the unit isolated
By performing these simple checks you can save yourself time and money.
