Thermelec Service Department employs a professional team of highly trained technicians and electricians who have over 40 years experience in the industry. Our service office deals with up to 15,000 calls every year and wherever possible will try and assist customers over the phone with simple fault finding advice.
We cover everything from seasonal maintenance on domestic units to major service and repair work on commercial units. Thermelec have been the recognised warranty agent for Seeley International since 1999. Seeley International are the manufacturers of Braemar, Breezair, Coolair and Convair units. Our technicians attend regular training courses to ensure that they are up to date with the latest products and technology in the Seeley range.
Not only can we service Seeley International units but we have extensive knowledge of all other makes of evaporative air conditioners, Bonaire, Coolbreeze, etc. Having our own spare parts department on site gives our technicians the back up of a large range of evaporative spare parts so that waiting times are kept to a minimum.
We have fully qualified gas technicians who can service and repair all makes of gas heaters, boilers and cook tops, and Thermelec are the warranty agents for Tudor who have their own range of cook tops.
If you are booking a service call it helps to have as much information about your unit available to give to our service department at the time of booking. The more information we have the more likely it is that we can bring out any spare parts which may be needed the first time rather than have to return to site once we establish the make or model.
