Thermelec use a local monitoring station to provide 24 hour protection of your home. As the monitoring station is located here in Perth the staff are familiar with your suburb, where you live, unlike monitoring companies who use Eastern States or New Zealand as a monitoring base. Our administration office is based at our main office in Malaga, so we are always in your time zone, and are happy to help with any queries you may have.

An alarm system not only alerts the monitoring station when a device is activated by intruders, it will send a signal if the smoke detector is activated, whether you burn the toast or have a genuine fire, or send an alert if the medical button is activated*.

When your alarm is activated and not cancelled by a recognised pass code our monitoring station personnel will call to verify that the alarm is genuine and clarify what type of assistance you require. By verifying the details we can not only determine which Emergency Service you need but it also reduces the number of false alarms our Emergency Services are required to attend, enabling them to focus on genuine Emergencies. It also helps reduce the possibility of the emergency services charging you for false alarms.

All our technicians are police cleared, fully licensed and have been working with Thermelec for a number of years. All our staff will try to give you clear information on a security system to suit your needs without the sales pitch.
