Thermelec was purchased by the JSE group, which was founded in 1991 by James Little. The JSE group is an electrical contracting organisation that services the mining and resources sector in the North West, with a head office in Perth. In 1999 JSE was sold to an international company with the exception of Thermelec, which was retained by James Little.
It was the vision that Thermelec be the benchmark provider of air conditioning servicing, and evaporative spare parts, by continuing to develop and provide the best possible products and service to its clients by a highly qualified and fully committed team of professionals.
Our goal is to continue to improve our service record as we travel through the 21st Century.
Part of that goal includes further enhancing our ability to carry out all work, no matter how large or how small, and to maintain our high level of commitment, continuing to improve where necessary. We provide our clients with an alternative to the run of the mill air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical and gas service companies currently in the marketplace. Thermelec are a financially stable company who not only have been around for almost 10 years but envisage, servicing the Perth area long into the future.
Thermelec were the chosen supplier for electrical installation and air conditioning when BHP Mining were building accommodation in the South West to house mine site employees. Thermelec have already successfully completed three BHP contracts in the South West and are in the process of quoting for more contracts throughout Western Australia.
Our strength is greatly due to the expertise, loyalty and integrity of our team. All team members have not only excelled in their profession, but are highly respected persons in their various fields of expertise.

That vision has grown and expanded to include, gas servicing, and the supply of security solutions to the homeowner. Thermelec have installed over 3000 security systems in the Perth metro area and provide 24 hour back to base monitoring for our clients, using a local monitoring station in Perth.
